HPP PRX Pedals and Accuforce Pro V2

Hello,
My GIMX adapter has arrived at my workplace and I can't wait to use it to get my Wheel and Pedals working, but I had a few questions from the community that maybe someone can help me with...
I currently have an Accuforce Pro V2 Wheel and also HPP PRX Pedals. Both are connected via USB Cables to my PC.
Do I need 2 GIMX devices to connect the wheel and the pedals? Or can I use 1 GIMX Adapter to connect my wheel to, which will allow it to read inputs from my pedals as well?
I dont quite understand how it will work with the Logitech Emulator
