PS button not working

I don't see a problem here mate. Macros are just a warning and device should work fine

Are you sure you are pressing PS Button on the Wheel and not on the DS4?

Make sure you don't have Task Manager or Process Hacker opened, it can interfere with gimx and cause that hang.

You have Logitech Driving Force GT Wheel and you want to emulate G29 right?
