My arduino pro mini hasnt got anyway to connect it to the console, someone help.

You need chip on Atmega32u4 like Arduino Pro Micro. Pro mini is Atmega328 and it's not compatible.

I dolder the pins to the usb adapter and it worned but i cant connect it to the xboxone. Can i solder a cable to xboxone?

This shouldn't be a big problem. You don't need to use genuine parts. Most of chinese Arduino Pro Micro clones for little price will do. Im even using it myself.
If you don't want to play DIY or just want to have most compatible solution you can always order our official adapter.
