Center spring effect active

Hey, tried out the GIMX today and everything works, except the ffb. I get ffb but I also get center spring effect. Tried playing on the tethering/host computer and had no trouble with the center spring there which means nothing’s wrong with the fanatec settings atleast. I have disabled center spring on the game computer in the Logitech profiler as well.
Is there some setting in the GIMX config I could have missed? I’m puzzled.
Using fanatec csl elite on my computer with a bought GIMX from the official shop to make it look like a g27.
