i need help making a GIMX adapter

so i am a noob with arduino but i cabt by the teensy board recommended for the project. ive seen and searched the internet for weeks and havent found a artical or video suitable for my experience. can you make a low level begginer guide or send me some where that can help?

ive seen rhat page and im still confuesed how to use a arduino with out a teensy

Then I recommend buying official adapter.
