Did you install Logitech Gaming Software for G25? It would install driver for your G25 and GIMX could recognize it.

No sorry I did not install this, I haven't seen that written anywhere? youre the best thanks man!!!...its working very well!!...thank you!!....Please Matlo add this step in your support doc about going to the actual Logitech device website and downloading their correct Win-64/32 driver as this was my issue but i havent seen this written anywhere here.
