[Xbox One] Mouse feels jerky while aiming slow

Hey guys,
I tried hard to set the mouse values up to a positive result.
But i don't get the mouse smooth while aiming slow.
the sensivity in the game is up on 100 and I played with the deadzone an smoothing values, but I just don't get it.
I want to Play Rainbow Six Siege on Xbox, so if anyone can help me, I would appreciate that.

Edit: my mouse has got 7200 dpi
