PS4 not responding to button inputs

I have exactly the same problem - purchased pre configured DIY adapter. How can I tell if the correct firmware is loaded?

There's actually no other ways than observing that GIMX runs correctly or loading the right firmware again.

Hey Malto, got advice from Steve Martin (where I got the DIY adapter) to roll back to version 5.7 from 6.2.

This did the trick all is working now.

Please reinstall GIMX 6.2 and provide the details requested here, especially a log file:
viewtopic.php?f=5&t=691
While the log file is being generated, press the PS button and a few other buttons.
I'd like to fix the issue in the latest version!

The log file goes on, I only copied the up to the first 2 lines with wheel and gas.
