g25 clutch

hi, i have set up my adapter and everything is working fine except the clutch. in project cars ps4 when i calibrate pedals i only get a 20% register. throttle and brake are fine. i am a bit lost on what to do to make that pedal work same as other 2. i am running win 7, homemade adapter teensy 2.0 with the cp2102 usb, running config g25-29 w10.
