Gundam
etc.

The quirky, cute, funny, random ones like Azumanga Daioh, Lucky Star, Pani Poni Dash, Ichigo Mashimaro, Cromartie High School, Zetsubou Sensei, Arakawa Under The Bridge, Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro-chan + + +

And I don't mind when the shows are ecchi and there's a bit of fan service :)

Its amazingly funny.

Not as funny as cromartie, but still its funny.
