For the Win.
Logitech set point software.
In Macro Manager make this macro
Left Button Down
5ms
Left Button Up
70ms
Then assign macro to one of the side buttons on your mouse.
And set it to repeat when pressed.
It amazing having this macro with a single fire assault rifle, even in close quarters combat you hit so hard.

Re: Rapid Fire Macro
Mhm. In Black Ops the FN FAL is actually a usable weapon with rapid fire :)
I've had to do it slightly different in the Logitech Gaming Software, though. Here's rapid fire in LGS with the timings you listed:
Create a new profile for the emulator
Create and assign the command, or edit the button where you'd like the rapid fire to be
Using a key that is rarely used in configs, K for example... FOR KILL!
Then just adding it to the config

I can see the 5ms delay from click down to click up, but what about the delay between shots?
Re: Rapid Fire Macro
Check the picture before the config one: In the Repeat Options section: 75ms.
The delay between the key presses is actually 50ms (didn't notice until now) which may make some automatic weapons burst fire, but I've only used it with single fire weapons most of the time.

Oh, must have missed that.McKack wrote:Check the picture before the config one: In the Repeat Options section: 75ms.

Have you tried that macro with the FAL on black ops?
My macro seems to jam sometimes if i set my delay less than 30ms.
Re: Rapid Fire Macro
Yeah, I use it almost exclusively with the FN FAL. Haven't had any lockups so far :\

so
button down
50ms
button up
75ms
That seems a bit slow for a rapid fire macro.
Re: Rapid Fire Macro
Not sure, but the way it works in the LGS may be more like:
while button x down & every 75ms
button y down
50ms
button y up
end while
So that it's actually baked inside the 75ms loop, instead of an addition.
Either way 125ms is pretty fast and would still fire of a weapon pretty quickly, most likely more accurately than 75ms too :)
I'll try to see if I can set the in-between delay to 5ms and get any lockups.
