Making a BF3 squad?

Hello guys.
What do you think about making a BF3 squad?
I'm so tired of people running around playing for them self. I want a squad that use tactics.
I have unlocked all the cool things.
I can stay on a hill and snipe people and laze targets for you with the SOFLAM. And you can fire at will with the javelin, chopper, tank or jetplane.
We need someone to be engineer to repair the tanks and a assault squad to take the flag or bomb the station.
