Buying usb dongle...or similar

Hi! I bought a bluetooth dongle and does not work. Looked for teensy in Sweden but cannot find one. I would love to buy a dongle from someone or perhaps get alternatives on how to build a dongle. Saw something about arduino leonardo!? Also saw arduino micro that looks like pictures in tutorial. Or is there something totally new I should look at because alot of posts and info are like 2 years old. Thanks guys!

Would this small thingy work? I can see there are headers for this one for 0.5dollars. Hard to put them on or is it just some kind of snap?
