GIMX on Mobile Phone

I have read a lot of posts on this forum , and I the idea of running GIMX on the mobile phones , but I dont have the ability to design and write the code
as Mr. mkubiak post of making GIMX on Orange pi Zero without pc
it might be possible to be usable on Android devices as long as they are running under the Linux OS
There are to possibilities
1. to use Linux system on Android devices as second system .
2. to build an Android version of the GIMX app to operate the adapter and connecting the adapter to the phone with usb hub .
who can help with this idea?
