I'm a little confused on the requirements for the PS4/Dualshock 4.
Is Bluetooth absolutely required? It sounds like it is, but the homepage says it can connect to the PS4 using USB which is why I'm confused.
If Bluetooth is required, does that change with GIMX 6.0 and the new Dualshock 4? If I understand correctly, the original Dualshock only supported charging via USB but all data was sent through Bluetooth. The newer Dualshock 4 controller (CUH-ZCT2) supports data across USB so I'm wondering if that will eliminate the Bluetooth requirement?
Thanks for any information!

Hi,
USB and bluetooth are two independent connection methods.

OK - Thanks. I thought that the PS4 required bluetooth for controller communication, but I see that USB works just fine.
Thanks!
