I made some progress and I should be able to use my CHIP as a USB proxy very soon.
Making a USB proxy is the first step.
Any news/progress regarding C.H.I.P. (CHIP)?

I was lucky to receive mine this year, tho I haven't found much use for it yet.

It would be really nice to run GIMX on it!
