You can try following this guide:
- Install gimx. Do remember install Arduino driver too.
- Connect both sides of gimx adapter to your PC.
- Wait for 5 seconds.
- Reupload firmware like usual.

After pressing Auto Detect button, you must input your device then gimx will detect that action. What is your device? Maybe you need to switch to axis tab and use Auto Detect button there.
Make sure your device's driver was installed or gimx won't detect anything.

- Firstly connect device to PC.
- Open gimx-launcher, select wheel config which you wanna add device.
- Open gimx-config via menu File / edit config.
- Press Auto Detect button and press shifter or pull pedal (if device is a clutch pedal, do the samething in axis tab).
- Bind control.
- Save.

So you need an atmega32u4 chip, like pro micro or leonardo, not atmega328 like uno, nano.Make sure it is working at 5V and that is has an atmega32u4 chip.

Did you reupload G27PC firmware? Then connect both sides adapter to PC and your games will detect a G27 wheel (if games support it).

There's still no racing wheel firmware for xbox one, so I think you can only emulate a gamepad. So no standard config for it at the moment.
