Re: [Tutorial] Logitech G27 (and other wheels) on PS4 using

@Matlo Unfortuanally i'm a total wiki noob and have no idea currently how to shift the tutorial over to the wiki preventing it's structure. Feel free to do it for me if u like !? There are 2 things i've noted and i don't understand right now: 1. Why do i need to wait until DS4 blinks yellow for whee...

[Tutorial] Logitech G27 (and other wheels) on PS4 using Pi

Hi ! Many PS4 drivers may know this: U have an expensive wheel at home which refuses to work on PS4. In my case it's a Logitech G27 wheel. But thanks to @Matlo's amazing project 'Gimx' there's a solution to that problem. In this tutorial i'll focus on G27 connected to PS4 through a Raspberry Pi (pow...

Re: Raspberry Pi power via PS4 usb port + screen capture foo

It's more than just 45 secs... wheel becomes ready when led on ds4 has flashed yellow. One thing i've noticed is : When i power pi through a PSU and then un-plug and re-plug the 'teensy' wheel comes ready immediatly... but i don't wanna use PSU. TBH i've made only one gaming session with this setup yesterday (DIRT RALLY) and i didn't notice any latency... Man, it was...

Re: Raspberry Pi power via PS4 usb port + screen capture foo

@cortega Your video inspired me to make my own 'PiGimx' for using my good old G27 at my fairly new PS4. So..... let me say THX. Only i use the headless version + on-board UART. The Pi is powered via the 5V on the Teensy, which i put inside Pi's case. So my solution so far is simple and handy: [PS4]<...

Re: Pi GPIO in place of USB-UART

Seems I'm in the same boat. But i'm pretty sure my teensy++ is flashed ok. Here's gmix output when i start it manually: pi@raspberrypi:~ $ /usr/bin/gimx -p /dev/ttyAMA0 -c LogitechDrivingForceGT_G29.xml --nograb controller #1: option -p with value `/dev/ttyAMA0' now reading arguments for controller ...
