This looks possible, since the PS4 will only stop taking inputs from the device if it fails to authenticate 8 times in a row.

This is possible with gimx-launcher since GIMX 6.0.
Click on "New/Repair", and then repair.
Please let me know if it does not work.

Hi, I would not be surprised that the fightstick you are talking about requires a genuine controller to work on PS4 and Xbox 360/One. I believe they are using symmetric-key algorithms, which means you have to know the private key to authenticate. On Xbox platforms this is handled by a dedicated chip...

Hello,

The way GIMX works is that it makes the atmega32u4 chip behave as a specific device (DS3, DS4, G29, G27...).

I am not aware of any way to do this in software on Windows. It very likely would involve developing a kernel driver with painful stuff like driver signature.
