Talk to GIMX from Java?
Hi, I want to make an AI program that "plays" a game. I am a professional Java programmer, so that is the language of choice for me. I thought it would be easy to get Java to talk to GIMX by emulating keypresses, but GIMX does not receive them. Can you suggest a way I can get the two to co...

[SOLVED] Map right stick to keys instead of mouse?
Hi,
Is it possible to map the right stick to keys for up, down, left and right instead of using the mouse?
Thanks
Edit:
Figured that one out too! Woohoo!
GIMX is a professional-quality tool - a true testament to open source.

Re: Mouse calibration
If I had edited a little parameter called "sensitivity" I might have had some results ...

[SOLVED] Mouse sensitivity calibration
Hi,
I have GIMX installed and working. My mouse works, but only moves the player the tiniest bit left or right. How do I change the settings to give greater motion? (I am using the stock CallOfDutyBlackOps config file - no changes yet).
Thanks

Thanks!
Just wanted to say thanks for making GIMX. Once you get everything assembled and installed, it works great. Very user-friendly, and works very well.

Re: A device name is empty. External keyboard/mouse needed?
Oh OK, I had no idea this was normal. Whoever controls the source code might want to put (this is normal) at the end of the message.
Thanks

[SOLVED] A device name is empty.
Hi, I have Windows 7 running on a laptop. I've followed all the instructions, the device is recognized on COM4, etc. It's plugged into the PS3. When I try to check the config file (BattlefieldBadCompany for example) I get this message: sdl initialised. A device name is empty. Multiple mice and keybo...
