one thing i also notice is an error whenever i type "hciconfig -a" at terminal, in the bottom it says:

"Can't read local name on hci0: Connection timed out (110)"

Hi Can you give us more information on your setup as the Linux version you are using and what version of GIMX ? Try installing wxWidgets Headers package and try again type the following in a terminal window sudo apt install wx3.0-headers I'm currently using Ubuntu 18.04 and im using GIMX v8
