Re: Gimx autostart at boot (without X) and led bonus
Thank you very much! Altough I'm not a noob, I always take pleasure by reading noob-proof tutorials, since there is always something to learn

Re: Gimx autostart at boot (without X) and led bonus
just a pair of questions:
do I need the led, or I can just use the button wiring it on the GPIO 18?
where I can find the PCB where you put the button and the led?
How much is the resistor?
Pretty awesome!
Thanks!

Had a Pi2 available so wanted to try that as well as it would avoid the booting up of laptop, openin...

Re: Easy Automated Raspbian Image for using G27 as G29 with
Ok, I made some tests but nothing happened... with the "xev" command, there are no catches of the wheel in raspbian... I will keep trying! BTW, I noticed a lot of difference between using a PC and a Rpi with GIMX, especially about force feedback! The FF with PC is smooth and realistic, whi...

Re: Easy Automated Raspbian Image for using G27 as G29 with
I'm downloading the new image, and tomorrow I will try it! I'm thinking about an improvement: it's easy to power up everything, just by plugging in the wheel power supply and the rpi power supply (or using one ps4 usb ports). BUT when I want to stop playing, is not a good idea to turn off the rpi by...

Re: Easy Automated Raspbian Image for using G27 as G29 with
I read about lag when using Rpi, do you noticed it? I am using an old atom mini-pc with win10 and it works pretty well... I have a spare Rpi2 and I want to try to use it for GIMX! I am downloading the image now... UPDATE I downloaded and flashed the image... but I can't understand how it works ...

Re: Easy Automated Raspbian Image for using G27 as G29 with
I see that the image is set for a G27 vs G29 emulation... if I want to change it to use a DFGT? I have to edit the GIMX.desktop and modify the following line, right? Exec=gimx --nograb --config LogitechG27_G29.xml --port /dev/ttyUSB0 I keep the usual connections like PC? wheel -> Rpi DS4 -> Rpi Rpi ...

Gimx FF support thru CronusMAX
Hi, i've tried to build my own adapter, using the detailed instructions in the wiki, but no joy... I think I bought the wrong components... BUT I have a CronusMAX V3 that I use to connect mouse and keyboard con my Ps4 (I can't be used to joypad in FPS) Natively, CM has wheel support, but not with Fo...
