I reinstall everything , and its works . I have only some disconnections , but this is solved in another post.

Hello, first sorry for my bad english. I used cheap china arduino ATmega328U4 and cp210x. I successfully upload the firmware to chip. Then was arduino missing from COM ports. I dont know why.
