My controller is not getting detected

Make sure you have genuine controller. Fake one won't work.
Make sure you double checked connection and cables

Is it possible to use BT with XONE?

No. Newer Xbox One controllers uses BT but only to connect to the PC. For console connection they still use proprietary technology.
