i ordered a teensy via the link on the wiki, but its been a week and a half an i didnt receive my package. How long does it take to ship?
i live in Canada, Quebec (sorry for my bad english)

No idea. You should wait up to 3 weeks as it's an international shipping (customs may hold it a few days).
