Is this possible to modify value in binding ?

Hi. I wonder is it possible in current 8.0 version to do such thing apply modification/function to binded value. I need it, because I have a e-break which has kind of wierd values, 255 value is essentially in neutral position and because of that in gt5 it works inverse, so pulling to me it goes to 0 releasing handbreak, so I would have to hold break to be even able to move. So it possible to have custom apply custom function e.g 255 - value, or something like that ?
