In ps4 console platform , Is it possible to send controls to the console from the command line in rpi ?

For example I want to choose ESPACE key from my keyboard for X and the D from my keyboard for circle for example , is it possible to send this Request from command line to console or is it possible to send this command to configuration file like Dualshock4.xml ?
