G25 working?

Hi Matlo. I just want to say what a great forum. I have tried swapping the wires and still no success. I also searched thru the forums and that is how I came across how to check the CP2102 with Arduinos IDE and connecting Tx to Rx and generate a response by using the serial and typing and receiving a response. That all worked great, as well as just testing the Teensy by uploading the different "Blinking" programs. Is there any other advice you could offer? Do you have to plug in the different "components" in a certain order for it to work? Also, when should the sub window pop up that is showing the program running as I have not been able to get that far? Thanks for your time.
