ReadFile failed: timeout expired.

Hey,
i cant get it working. I always get the following error log:
1. Turning on Console
2. Pluging in Xbox 360 Controller into PC
2. Pluging in ARduino Leonardo into Xbox 360
3. Pluging in CP2102 into PC

Im using a Arduino Leonardo and mini USB UART Converter (http://www.produktinfo.conrad.com/daten ... _fr_nl.pdf) but i also tried a rs232 ftdi board but that didnt help as well. Any help is appreatiated! I rly dont know where to search.
Wiring is like =
CP2102 -> Arduino Leonardo
Gnd -> Gnd
RXD -> RX
TXD -> TX
X1 -> GND
i also tried with and without x1 -> GND and also switching RXD -> TX and TXD -> RX all with the same effect.
