Programmatic DS4 Emulation

I'm currently researching the ability to bot certain PS4 games. One piece of the puzzle that I need to solve is sending the PS4 commands programmatically, which is what lead me to you. It seems that you’ve done a lot of work in this area. I need a device that emulates a DS4 that I can connect to my PC that I can send commands to that will forward them onto a PS4.
Is there any component of your project that I could use to accomplish this? I don’t even need the analog sticks, just the dpad and other buttons.

Any help or guidance that you give me is very much appreciated.
