Hi.

I have a question. Is there any way to cut off the force upates in gimx?
I think there was a check box at firmware 1.xx whether to enable force updates or not.
Im asking this because theres a little bit of lag in GIMX and i think this is the problem.

Thanks in advance.

Hi,
You can try to use GIMX 3.1 from the command line: http://gimx.fr/wiki/index.php?title=Com ... th_.2B_PS4 (skip the "Setup" part)
Since GIMX 3.2 updates are forced in any case because of the motion sensing pass through.

If you have any other bluetooth device connected to your PS4 (like a BT headset), try to turn it off to see if there's a bandwidth sharing issue.

I tried command line without forceupdate parameter lastnight. Ramdom lag issue did not come out. I will continue to use that way for a while.

And also i see too much "timer fired" report lately. (8-9 times in a session)

Hi, Matlo. Thanks for the reply.

I`m wondering if you can upload older version of GIMX(like 1.xx).
Since version 2 or 3, my mouse`s emulation isn't precise.
I don't know why but i want to try out if the older one works better or not.

I'm sorry to inconvenience you, but please consider if you can.

There's no PS4 support in releases older than 2.00...

Thanks Matlo!

And I forgot say that it was about PS3's GIMX.
I should have posted at other thread. Sorry about that.

Also I have another question.
I think former GIMX had check box of "subposition".
In GIMX 3.xx ,is it always turned on?

I tried the links that where in there and they work for me. Just press OK instead of Cancel.

I did experience the same kind of feeling as you did with the never versions 2.0 + as i explained in this thread http://gimx.fr/forum/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=1026
Current version i use on PS3 that i feel best with is Gimx 1.12.
I'll upload it here for you http://www68.zippyshare.com/v/90530827/file.html This is with the firmware and gimx 1.12 exe. (unsure if it's the 64 bit och 32 bit version)

Hope it works.

Thanks.

But currently Im using ubuntu version:(
Using the Windows version requires DIY usb adapter right?
It will be best if there's ubuntu version file.
Or i can try making the DIY adapter.
Is this link fine to make a reference? http://gimx.fr/wiki/index.php?title=DIY_USB_adapter
