"AtLibUsbDfu.dll not found"
"AtLibUsbDfu.dll not found"
So after spending this evening soldering my little thing, I just can't seem to get the FLIP boot loader to work. Every time I want to set a communication medium I just get the message: "AtLibUsbDfu.dll not found" followed by "Couldn't load dynamic link library". Does anyone that doesn't have a genuine Teensy board have this problem?

FLIP doesn't work with the genuine teensy.
Where did you download it?

Re: "AtLibUsbDfu.dll not found"
I don't have a genuine Teensy board, but the AT90USB162. I'm using Flip 3.4.5. I've tried all the regular formulas like run as admin, run in different OS, different bit OS etc. nothing works.
Re: "AtLibUsbDfu.dll not found"
You need to install the driver. It's in C:\Program Files\Atmel\Flip 3.4.5\usb.

Re: "AtLibUsbDfu.dll not found"
I have tried already, but it doesn't recognize my device as a AT90USB162 but as a USB Input device. I've tried installing the program and driver on XP, but it still won't work. Currently I'm trying to see if it works with an older version FLIP.
Re: "AtLibUsbDfu.dll not found"
Did you press the on-board button? It should make it enter into the DFU (device firmware upgrade) mode.

Re: "AtLibUsbDfu.dll not found"
Yes, I've done exactly as the tutorials says.
The problem is, Windows doesn't properly recognize my device as a AT90USB162, but just a generic USB Input Device, and I can't force it to update the drivers, it just tells me that Windows has already found the best driver.

If it's recognized as a generic usb device, it means it didn't enter the DFU mode.

When I plug in the device both LEDs (Red and green) light up. Then I press the button, let go of the button and the red LED turns off. (Windows makes the sound of a new device being plugged in)
