DIY USB Pro Micro flashing

Post by avdyushin »

Hello,

I've Pro Micro atmega32u4 5v/16MHz with connected CP2102.

When Pro Micro has empty sketch uploaded with Arduino app and all connected to my Mac I see this two devices connected to USB:
  • CP2102 USB to UART Bridge Controller
  • Arduino Leonardo
As expected.

After successful flashing EMUPS3 firmware using avrdude and reconnecting Pro Micro it's not detected as any USB device (excluding bootloader mode).
But I was expecting to see something like Sony Dualshock 3 controller in USB devices list on Mac, isn't it?

I know GIMX not supported my Mac, but I'm trying to setup USB adapter first.

Hello,

This is expected, the controller should be detected after click start in gimx-launcher.
