LIBUSB_TRANSFER_ERROR messages show up after starting GIMX

I'm using Driving Force GT
DIY USB built on a Teensy ++ 2.0 with firmware 5.4 at90usb1286.hex
GIMX 5.6 x86 64
UsbDk_1.0.7_x64
libusbK-3.0.7.0-setup
Both DS4 and DFGT on USB 3.0

This is my setup, but when I start GIMX this is what I got 20 seconds after:
LIBUSB_TRANSFER_ERROR

Any ideas?

Please don't post in very old threads.
Check your USB cables, one may be defective.
