Il faut aussi augmenter sa fréquence à 250Hz, comme expliqué ici : lien.

Enfin il faudra peut-être baisser la fréquence à 125Hz dans sixemugui-serial.

C'est une contrefaçon de teensy, le vrai teensy ne se trouve que sur le site dont je donne le lien dans le tuto.

Normalement pour l'atmega32u2 tu devrais pouvoir utiliser le firmware de l'at90usb162 qui est a priori compatible.
