You have Logitech Driving Force GT Wheel and you want to emulate G29 right?

Make sure you don't have Task Manager or Process Hacker opened, it can interfere with gimx and cause that hang.

Do you have Vmware installed? We had similar problems related to it.

Also please try installing older version such ad gimx 6.8 and see if it works.
