Nevermind I got it working!!! I downloaded and installed the CP210x driver and a new device named Silicon labs "CP210x USB to UART bridge (COM4)" appeared. Now everything is working it seems. Confused as it says on the guide that the driver is included with the GIMX installer, but whatever...

Thanks for the quick answers guys, you are awesome. I just checked and the joystick appears with a regular "usb game controller" icon. I'm not sure about dirt rally, but it uses a regular button as the handbrake. But on pc when I mapped the handbrake into the joystick axis I would swear I ...
