I'll change the wires and USB cables and review power saving schemes.

I disabled the power saving in all USB devices, disabled power saving on the PS4 controller. I also disabled the screen saver. I found the COM port, but it doesn't has the option to "Uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power"." Since my Windows is brazilli...

I'm getting the same error as described by User888 with the same wheel. The only different thing is that I'm using Teensy++ 2.0.
