I actually installed Logitech Gaming Software 5.10 (the 64-bit version from wiki http://gimx.fr/forum/posting.php?mode=reply&f=5&t=1347) and the G27 is fully recognized.
Maybe it's an hardware issue after all...

Hi ! Same here, using : GIMX 5.5 (also tried 5.4) on Windows 10 64 bit, DIY adapter with teeny 2.0 and CP2102 in order to connect my Logitech G27 to my PS4.
